Cancellation Policy

Life happens and occasionally we need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

We appreciate 24 hours notice of a re-schedule or cancellation. If needed, please cancel or reschedule 24 hours in advance of your appointment to avoid any cancellation fees.

A service fee of 50% will be charged to your credit card for cancellations or reschedules up to 12 hours before your scheduled appointment time.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 12 hours notice will be charged the full cost of the session.

Safety Guidelines

Wearing a protective face covering is required within the studio space.

If you are sick or think you could be sick, please reschedule your appointment as early as possible. Massage therapy is not recommended at the onset or over the duration of a cold or illness.

Please refrain from wearing any strongly scented fragrances.

When making your booking please advise of any health conditions, any medications you are taking, and if you are pregnant.

You agree that you will conduct yourself appropriately at all times and comply with all applicable laws, including, without limitation, laws governing alcohol and drug use, intoxication, and harassment.

Harassment Policy

Please remember that all of our massage therapists and other staff are experienced professionals here to provide you the highest level of service. In return, we ask that you treat them with the same respect they will extend to you and refrain from any inappropriate actions, requests, or comments that may be viewed as harassing or intimidating.

It is our goal to ensure all services are performed in a professional environment. Failure to act in accordance may result in removal from the property and future services may be refused.
